I have always had a passion for sales and for making it simple and successful. Throughout my career, I have worked as a salesperson, sales manager and partner. I have +20 years of experience in sales within B2B, BTC. Work Nordic and International and is used to negotiating at all levels in the organization.

As a person, I am driven by entrepreneurship. I am not afraid to challenge existing frameworks, create new thinking and innovation. I am proactive, highly qualified and self-motivating. I have extensive experience in cultivating and maintaining Win/Win relationships. I am results-oriented, powerful and determined. I am creative and can contribute with an alternative approach to sales work, for example by transferring existing products, solutions or services to new recipients.

I can work with the company’s management and key employees to identify areas of potential for business growth, develop an action plan and help implement strategic initiatives to achieve goals

Some typical tasks within business development may include market analysis, development of new business models, strategic planning, evaluation of the company’s strengths and weaknesses, identification of opportunities for growth, preparation of implementation plans and management of project teams.
